CC Newsletter is the newsletter component most compatible for use with your Virtuemart Online shop.

Overview of Steps

• Synchronise users with registered users in your website
• Create your newsletter
• Send your newsletter

 

Synchronise Users

1. Click Components.
2. Click ccNewsletter. The ccNewsletter screen is displayed:
3. Click the Subscriber Management tab
4. Click the Synchronization icon . All users registered via your website are synchronized with ccNewsletter and displayed.

 

Create a Newsletter

1. Click Components.
2. Click ccNewsletter.
3. Click the Newsletter Management tab.
4. Click New to create a new newsletter or copy an existing newsletter and edit it.

Send a Newsletter

1. Click Components.
2. Click ccNewsletter.
3. Click the Send a Newsletter tab.
4. Select the Newsletter to send from the dropdown list:
5. Check the Preview looks OK
6. Send a test newsletter! You can click the Parameters icon to save the email address for your test email to be sent to.
7. Click Send Test Newsletter . A test newsletter will be sent to the nominated email address.
8. Once you have approved the test email click Send Newsletter .
